i feel like my life is in complete stasis. i don't seem to know where i'm going and what i wanted. i'm so jealous of people who got it all figure out. right now, all i want is life to temporarily pause so that by the time it starts playing again i won't be lost. gaaaaah. okay enough with the melodramatic intro and lets get it on with my look. this was obviously worn a few weeks back when i had a movie date with the padre and sister. the rain has been out and about all week, not that i hate it so much but i just can't help and miss the colorful sunny days and the slow summer nights.

tried something unusual when i wore this look. what's unusual is my go-to outfit which has to be denim shorts, basic tops and flats, always! with a laid back city like Cebu these kinda outfits are always helpful.

NEW IN: green holiday

yesterday my mom visited me at the apartment and took me to the mall. though i haven't had enough sleep i felt so giddy and still went with her, of course who wouldn't right? anyway, she bought me an early christmas presents from F21 and well if you notice it, both the denim shorts and the bandage skirt are green! haha hence, my title post for today. and oh thanks mom for all of this :D

christmas is indeed around the corner. just this afternoon, the breeze outside was very cold! brrr. anyway, this is all i got for now. i have to go already 'cause i'm running late for my duty (again)

don't go chasing

Just got home from a graveyard shift and i feel like floating because i've been feeling sleepy since three this morning. I just can't imagine myself on a real job and working on a graveyard shift.

well enough with that, i feel inspired though to make a blog post today because tonight will be my last day of duty for this week (a plus factor when you're on a graveyard shift) which means i'll be free tomorrow (YAY TGIF). Made plans to have a dinner out with my friends tomorrow night; i miss my friends already though i haven't seen them for only a week (tons of things to chat about tomorrow, that's for sure). anyway, i have no idea what to wear yet and i've seen these photos saved on my lappy and i'm torn of either wearing cut off denim shorts or denim pants and whether i should wear flats or sky high heels. what do you think guys?

anyway, i should hit the hay now. been wanting to sleep since forever.

Holy Week

Last Holy Week, I spent quality time with my family. The entire week I haven't used my phone nor opened my laptop to surf the net! (YAY!) And I'm very proud of myself because of that, I never imagined myself endure a week not doing either of the two. Well I guess its something you have to sacrifice just for a week compared to what others have been through, right?

Anyway, if you commemorate the Holy Week, you have probably done some visita Iglesia, praying the rosary, and the like. Just like my family, we went to this place called Q Park. It's actually a vast and remote area, 200 hectares to be exact, that you have to endure trekking under the scorching heat of the sun just to reach the stations of the cross and their shrine. But anyway, it was all worth it because the place was so captivating. You guys should visit there if you have time, no entrance fee and you can have camping there with your friends and family! :)

BLUES CLUES

These are a few of my favorite cropped denim shorts. I just simply love them 'cause they're so comfortable to wear and you can pair them with whatever you feel like, it may be flats, sneakers or killer heels.

Right now I'm just so stressed of the thought that I'll be on duty tomorrow and I'm way not ready for this yet (I guess I'll never be ready for anything school-related). There are a lot of requirements to comply and readings to make in preparation of our duty and just a little time to do 'em. Instead of me enjoying my summer break I'm stuck with my duty and my requirements that is why I'm making this short and quick blog post to relieve my stress and for me to take a deep breath from all these stressors!

it was debbie's 19th post birtday celebration and we all went out

to watch Harry Potter (well i literally did not watch with them

because i ended up cominng late) and to my surprise all our looks were similar.

the funny thing was, we did not even plan on wearing same outfit. (as you can see on

the photos above.)

well maybe after all, it's true that: "birds of the same feathers dress the same." :))
