so how long has it been since my last post? (do the math haha) quite awhile. 

a lot of things happened from my hiatus. yes, i mean it. so be prepared for a lot of rantings in this post, i sure did miss blabbing in this lil blog of mine.

so imagine, i just got out of college (which was #1 on my bucket list for this year), like finally graduate with a degree which i actually almost didn't for a lot of reasons but hey, i did make it; finished our thesis and received our diplomas; finally reunited with my 2 h.s bestfriends whom i haven't seen in ages, although in a really not pleasing time of our lives; other not-school-related stuffs i'd either be enjoying my time being a home buddy, going to the beach since its summer, spending some quality time with ze fam bam and finally went to camotes island with my friends which was actually i think the only time i made time for them (we kinda planned this trip before graduation).

i guess that sums it up and other things are so irrelevant. 

and oh, i just recently signed up on instagram, so while i was on hiatus, i also made sure to post stuff there for my whereabouts. follow me @aikenaaxx :D

keep it stress-free

graduation day is just around the corner but hey, it's not sure yet. i mean i'm not sure of my future YET. and about my title post, well i don't think i can keep it stress-free! 

so help me GOD! 

sorry guys, if i've been ranting about how stressful my life is lately. but this is the only place where i can rant all i want, so just please bear with me. and oh for the past few days, i frequent in coffee shops but don't worry about my health, i don't always order coffee. haha i alternate it with iced tea! :D

100th night show

last saturday was our 100th night show at our school auditorium and it was a blast! didn't thought it would be a success especially our dance presentation. by the way, that show was a tradition of our college wherein all seniors are required to put on a show for the faculty and some guests like our parents to mark the remaining 100 nights before the graduation day. and this year's theme was: 100th night show goes worldwide. and our class represents research and chose jamaica as our country. (the last four photos are from our class)

blame it on the traffic

 there's no outfit post for today. actually these are just random shots i took (i used an itouch, so i guess that explains the poor quality of the photos) at a middle of a heavy afternoon traffic while i was driving my way home.  i was being resourceful i guess to snap some photos at a middle of a traffic. haha you can't blame me though 'cause i was all alone in the car with only the stereo on. if you were me, what would you do?

yes, imagine how tired i was driving around the city with a heavy traffic. good thing i was very productive and resourceful! haha :D

well anyway, i've been feeling so tense for quite awhile already because of our thesis and right now my anxiety  has doubled or is 10x more because this thursday is our judgment day or our oral defense. i hope we'll pass this one (*fingers crossed). pray for us guys :)

one fluky day

It says 7:33 AM here on my clock. haha this is probably the earliest time I posted something on my blog. Well actually I just came from my clinical duty (10 pm - 6 am shift) and I just feel so sleepy but then when I got home,  I don't feel sleepy anymore. How weird is that? Well anyway, I just feel so glad that I made it through my first day without falling asleep while on duty. So this is another random/fluky post, so please bear with me. 

This LBD I wore here is not actually mine. It's from my sister's friend. A week ago, I think, I saw this cute dress from my sister's closet, I tried it on, snap some photos and I actually liked it. It kinda made me look one size slimmer. haha So, Masako, if you ever get to read this post, sorry for wearing your dress without your consent (I don't think she knows this blog exists).

cravings nomnom

Okay, let me remind you all that this is a very random post from me. Earlier, I was desperate enough to distract myself from class because I was so bored and I was not liking how our teacher was delivering his lecture to us so I was thinking about all my FOOD CRAVINGS and scribbled them down on my notebook. So please do forgive me for this yet another random post because I'm just trying to somehow satisfy myself from my cravings with these photos. 

And for my teacher, I'm sorry if I was not listening to you. *peace* Just please make your test questions a lot easier! :)

T.G.I.S (the weekend that was)

This week is our midterms week, meaning one tough week for all of us and below is a photo diary of what we were doing the weekend before our midterms. Yes, we went out after our acquaintance party last Saturday instead of staying at home and study because knowing me and my friends, that ain't working for us. t'was indeed a T.G.I.S for us. haha

Yes, if you've noticed here, I was actually wearing a black stockings and a black Mary Janes but I took it off after we hopped from one bar after another (the first bar we went to was full packed, literally) and I changed into flat shoes because the traffic was so jammed and I was driving a manual car.

MJP's countdown party

Last June 3rd was my friend's 19th birthday and we had a countdown party last June 2 at an Open Mic. That night everyone had a blast, there were eating, singing, dancing, laughters and booze. We waited 'til midnight to greet her a happy birthday. After that we left the place past midnight and we decided to eat something since most of us were starving then we crashed to alexa's place and we stayed there for the night.

The last party before the classes start or should I say before going back to hell hole. As much as I hate school, there's no more going back now because hopefully this will be our last year (fingers crossed on that). I went to the bookstore this afternoon and I hate seeing all the flyers saying "back to school", "school is cool" and blah blah blah. Anyway, I hope you guys had fun this summer. Enjoy the remaining days (or remaining hours for me) left before school starts.
