inspiration: summer 2013

had this post on hold, waiting for the perfect time to share them with you. i just feel too inspired for the warmer days to come; though its mostly warm here in the phil's. well given the fact that we only have two seasons here haha. these days its been 31 degrees or so here and i guess summer is really here. its time to keep our sweaters at the bottom of our closets and time to bring out the cropped denims, cut-out tees, laces, tote bags and our sunnies. its about time we get some tan and feel the sand on our toes.

here's what i wore on the first day of March. and what better way to dress up on a casual day filled with errands? well, a simple all-black ensemble and added this long cardigan from WAGW to add oomph to my outfit, nonetheless, without going over the top. however, this cardi is definitely a scene stealer. everyone kept looking at my direction while i was walking around especially when i act "myself" (crazy). how can i not? this long cardi is so comfy i feel like having wings walking around in them.

TCH summer lookbook

here's a mini-shoot i did with my friends a few weeks back for the tee collection of The Clothes Hunter for their summer lookbook. tees are basic ensembles that not only boys should have, girls as well. but these tees have made a comeback looking so stylish even with their simplicity; unfinished seams, cropped and huge armholes which are all perfect for the summer heat, right? what's left to do is just to find the perfect match for your tees. denim shorts and studded leggings could never go wrong.

UPDATED

my last post was late last year and have never updated this blog since. no, not that i have taken this for granted, i just felt like a little lost since after i took the board exam. i mean you know, i have not figured out what to do with my life after i graduated. and now it seems like i have put my life into a pause, this blog included. i even thought about abolishing this blog a hundred times. but look, its still here (for now). which is why i pray each day that i may be enlightened and that i may be able to find what i am looking for in my life and what i really want to do (and just stand up for it).
