the frickin' weekend pt. 1

i can't explain how much fun i had last weekend. it was dead tiring but it was all worth it. as mentioned in my previous posts, its the annual mardi gras here in cebu, its sinulog 2012! but my saturday started with the procession, walked a mile with the rest of my classmates which i usually do with my family. the procession started past lunch and ended at around 5-6 p.m. a couple of hours after, i met up with some friends for alexa's birthday.

so this is the post that didn't make it last year. i now finally have the chance to post them. first, because i'm at the hotel room at the middle of the night and bored, second, i should be studying for my midterms exam tomorrow but i don't  have notes. there it goes, my short list for this blog post. 

anyway, this week went by so fast, like a blur. and i'm way too excited for the street party this weekend here in cebu. like i said in my previous post, it's sinulog 2012! haha :D

okay, i should just sleep this off.

sunday's normally a family day for most of us, so here's what i wore last sunday. 

anyway, today's not really ze best day for me. i got into a mild car accident, i have to say mild 'cause it would be an overstatement if i wouldn't and because everyone were safe, well except the car. i bumped into a cab this afternoon as i was driving our way to school. my car had a big dint at the right side so my mom had to send it to the auto shop. 

on a brighter note, its already sinulog this weekend here in cebu. so excited for the mardi gras. so if you're from cebu or anywhere near and you're coming to witness the celebration i hope you guys will have fun and i guess i'll see you around!! :)

LONG FESTIVE WEEKEND

ALEXA'S 19th CELEB

 so this was probably be the longest weekend i've ever had for the

year 2011 and will probably be my longest post ever. :)) 

 it started last Saturday with an intimate dinner with friends and ofcourse with

the birthday celebrant.

As you can all see from the photos above it has been a festive weekend here in Cebu, an annual celebration

of the Sinulog festival. Both uptown and downtown are packed with locals and foreigners which only means it was very crowded plus the weather wasn't very cooperative but it never stopped everyone to party including ourselves! :)
